Complete Document Version Control - Our system offers secure check-in/check-out features which prevents incorrect overwrites as documents are updated. Previous versions of documents can be quickly retrieved as required.

Self-Defined Document Profiles - Your organization controls its own document profiles, which allows for the flexible capture of required and optional forms of metadata for differing corporate document needs.

Document Imaging Scan-Capture - Although an optional part of the system, our document imaging capture module allows you to batch capture up to 25,000 pages per capture station per day. This particular module supports over 250 different scanner modules, including color, duplex and high-speed scanners. Very useful, especially when working with our CAD document management software.

Universal Bulletin Board Interface - The system's start page provides users with specific summaries of document subscriptions, workflow tasks, news bulletins and checked-out documents.
